I want to know what does means each digital symbol in this picture.

um, I know mux in the picture. But some block is unknown.

Could you tell me what each block is ?

Check out "IEEE STANDARD SYMBOLS"

For example:
& --> AND
=1 --> EX-OR
≥1 --> OR
and so on ..

& means AND gate
>/ means comparator (if difference is greater than 1
D means D-flip flop
= means again a comparator(if both are equal)
 

Th box with the D letter may be a flip-flop register.
 

The box with 'D' letter can be a delay block.
