What does it mean when the current source is presented as power source?

In some electronic books,
I can see the power source is presented by either current source or voltage source.
But in real experiment, the power supply is presented as voltage source and limited current.

What does it mean when the current sourc is presented?

for the case of current it is current source and limited voltage because the circuit wouldnt do what it is supposed to do beyond a particular voltage....
