What does it mean?

What does it mean of finite on-resistance, non-zero transition time and non-zero knee voltage.

Thank you very much

What does it mean?

finite on-resistance probably means for example for a switch the resistance of on-mode is not zero.

non-zero transition time means that the input go to output with a delay or the change of output from a voltage to other voltage take a time.

What does it mean?

Hi,
non-zero transition time= rise/full time of pluses need some (no rezo) time-units_nsecs or picosec...
non-zero knee voltage= the cnicking of voltage characteristic is not at zero V, but at i.e. 0.3V as Ge/Schottky or 0.7V as by generell diodes...
