What does "dBuVEMF" mean?

I find it from many IC's datasheets. It's a unit of "12dB Sensitivity". I know "dBuV" can be converted to "dBm". But I find that "dBuV" and "dBuVEMF" convert to different dBm values("dBuVEMF" is 6 dB less than "dBuV"). What's the difference between "dBuV" and "dBuVEMF"?

dbuvemf to dbm

I found in Internet:

dBuV is referenced to 1 microvolt into 75 Ohm.
dBuVemf (electro-motive force) is referenced to 1 microvolt open circuit.
dBmV commonly used in CATV is referenced to 1 millivolt into 75 Ohm.
dBmW (dBm) is referenced to 1 milliwatt.

Hi,
Do remember dB is always used to refer to power levels.
