a. Smallest device than can be built is 0.13 microns wide
b. Smallest device than can be built is 0.13 microns long
c. Smallest poly that can be manufactured is 0.13 microns
d. Smallest diffusion that can be built is 0.13 microns

which is right answer??
I felt Smallest poly that can be manufactured is 0.13 microns is the right answer any one give explain for this ??
 

If you replace can be by will be:
c. determines a. and b. and also d. , as long as you need no contact on this spot.
