what do you mean by ONCE MODE in 8051..?????
 

are you referring the burning of hex code in 8051 ?
which specific type no,? and what burner you talk about ?
 

Once mode is usually used for OTP( One Time Programmable) type of controllers or device that can be programmable only once.

These are not supported by 8051
