Dear Sir:

After the HFSS finished the port refining, we can chick the wave mode under the port fiel display. Then there occur many arrows on the port, what do the arrows mean? Do they mean the direction of the E field in the port??

Thank you very much!!

Regards,

Wei

the arrow is the vector plot of E field on the waveport.

Thank you Sir. So the integration line of the port doesnot mean vector of the E filed???

definition of integration line is used to evaluate the voltage, which is the line integration of E field.
