what could be the minimum fanout for an inverter defaultly..

Hi Friends,
What could be the min fanout for an inverter in the industry standard.
Is There any constraint is there, that the minimum fanout should be 2,3.. etc.

that is if the fanout is this less than this, it is not required in the Logic Design or Cell Design.

I hope u might understand my question.
