What are you working on?

RF front ends, CMOS OPamp, comparators, ADcs, temperature independent voltage and current references...

U could start on an Opamp... Use Phillip Allen's book...

What are you working on?

transceiver for RFID, UWB

What are you working on?

power management ic

Re: What are you working on?

sigma-delta ADC

Re: What are you working on?

dont miss this reference book for your analog design "CMOS analog IC design" by Behzad razavi.

Re: What are you working on?

flash memory design here

Re: What are you working on?

hi!

at the moment? i'm making a full transceiver using 2P4M TSMC 0.35 um process. it operates at 2 MHz. i plan to use SSB SC for modulation. i don't even know if this is plausible. hehe. any comments?

Re: What are you working on?

designing of opamp will give lot of concepts, u follow following books

vlsi design techniques for analog and digital circuits by geiger
Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuit by behzad razavi

Re: What are you working on?

OTA & OPAMP's, charge pump in synthesizers, VCO, VGA, gm-C filters, energy detectors, ADCs, synthesizers , clk generators, rf front ends, you can read razavi's books , they are educatve & simple
