RF Capacitors

Hi,

Can anyone recommend what type of capacitor i should be using at Radio frequencies around 10MHz.

I have some Silvered Mica capacitors but when i measured the Impedance phase at 10MHz it turned out to be +72 (degrees),

Does this mean it is behaving like an inductor at this frequency and therefore is useless for an LC circuit?

Cheers
