What are these and how do get rid of them?

These things are encountered while making PCB with Eagle. What are they and how can one get rid of them? They cause errors in minimum spacing between adjacent object, and traces too. Deleting the polygon and even ripping off routing in an attempt to get rid of them does not help. What is the solution to this problem. Thanks in advance.

HI,

they don´t cause the error they are the errors.

write "err clear" in the command line.
