Dear dude,

Hope for 0.18um its 2.2v max

for 90nm its 1.1v max

65nm its 1v max

Not sure since just an idea since the technology scales by root2

volatge also scales by root 2

Correct if am wrong

Hi,

For 0.18um technology, if we consider the long-term reliability (such as 10 years). The max voltage should not exceed 2.0V as far as i know.
