What are the voltage levels of control pins in RS232 connector?

hello
i just have a simple question .the question is that the tx and rx of serial port have -9 to +9 voltage levels but what are the voltage levels of dcd,rts and other control pins in the rs 232 connector

Really ,I had have merasure it that meter read about ~5 Vdc
