what are the various Capacitances associated with a transistor and which one of them is the most prominent?
 

cap in bjt

the capacitance associated are the ones due to the two junctions.... also there is certain capacitance where the metal wire is connected to the emitter, base and collector... the capacitance in the base collector region is the most prominent due to the voltage change possibility across that junction....
