What are the simulators to use for MANET?

Hey there

am going to start my graduation Project in MANET

i wanna know whether the CCNA will help me or not , what simulator I can Use in windows ??, should I learn C++ or not

I read somewhere that Qualnet is the best simulator for manets. glomosim is the free version. You may however want to try others like ns-2, opnet, etc

Manet !!!

NS-2 is a better tool in terms of user interface and implementation giving you all details regarding packet flow,timings tc. You can also try opnet and glomosim which are used to code ad-hoc networks.
