C is not an OOP language. Perhaps you meant C++?

For C - K and R book is one of the best and "freely" available.

For C++ you can start with "Thinking in C++" . Nice book. That will teach you concept of OOP as well .
Get a free version of Borland command line tool compiler , and why not to challenge Bjarne Stroustrup.)

1. The C Programming, 2nd (Classic Book)
2. A Book On C, 3rd (A very good introductory book on ANSI C)
