What are the different types of processes in CMOS? What are their advantages and disadvantages? I have heard of N-well, pwell processes but don't know much about the processes.
Also, could someone please give me some idea about constant Gm circuits. Why are they used etc?

Appreciate the response.Thanks.

Processes in CMOS

i think constant Gm circuit are used in some kind of filters called Gm-filters, where the OTA is used in open loop configuration and the value of Gm is important , not as in OPamp where we want just a high value cause the opamp gain will be considered by the feedback section,
iabout the process u are talking very general u should specify what u want to know , try to read some VLSI technology book
