What are the advantages of BiCMOS over conventional CMOS process?

Can any one plz help me out by sending BiCMOS process material....
I'm in need urgently....
what are the advantages of BiCMOS over conventional CMOS process.....

BiCMOS process....

In a standard CMOS process there are only parasitic BJTs avaliable for use like veritcal or lateral BJTs. And since they are parasitic BJTs they pose many limitations to be used in a design that uses BJTs. The BiCMOS process has a well modelled BJT with every CMOS. This gives the user to take advantage of the BJT and incorporate into the design...
