Weather Monitor System Help required?

hi friend

i am studying weather monitor system containing MAX110 (12 bits A2D), MPX5100 (Pressure Sensor), AD590 (Temperature Sensor) and PIC16C64A but any one have idea or interfacing techniques/code with 8051 or PIC or with AVR then plz upload that will be very help ful for me..
i am studying other simple solutions not using high resolution ADC and SHT11 sensors but i did not interface yet if someone has. plz upload.
