Hello,
I consider the following configuration for the array: two waveguide shunt resonant slotted subarrays of N=8 slots, placed longitudinally. I.e., both subarrays share the wall for the short circuit condition, and both subarrays are edge feeded. There is a symmetry plan across the short circuit wall regarding slots positions.
Through EM simulations, I've seen it doesn't work. It has a typical comb line radiation pattern. What's the problem? The short circuit wall thickness is <<< slots separations.
Many thanks in advance.
