please i need a simple way and cheap to measure water level in tank and take the output of that sensor to 8051 micro controller

Can be isolated copper wire, on end at sensor point isolation is removed. This is simplest, but there is dedicated sensors for this purposes.

Yes this can be used for measuring water, usully this sensor type is used for fuels, and its not appropriate for this particular circuit what I post.

How does it sense is not clear !!
Are those red patches Magnets, if so is how does it sense !!
Is the float a simple float or something else !!

Magnet floating on surface of water or fuel, on output of sensor you get voltage or resistance, depending from sensor model.
