warning in icfb log windows of cadence ic5.0???

when i load icfb in GNOME of RedHat 7.3, there is:
"warning: cannot allocate colormap entry for default background"
"warning: cannot allocate colormap entry for #e0e0e0
"warning: cannot allocate colormap entry for #bfbfbfbf"
in the log window of icfb, and at the same time the background of GNOME begin to fliker.
HOW TO SOLVE IT???
