Hello Guys,
I'm glad to be here. This is my first post here and I hope that my topic fits into this forum.
Xylobands are given away at Coldplay concerts and make an exorbitant light-show that looks like that:

A single Xylowband looks like that:

Those bands were produced in 4 different colors. Each color can be "made glown" seperatly by a central device.
The technology behind those Xylobands is - as far is I know - based on an RF Module, using a Frequency of 869,5 MHz.
An open Xyloband looks like that:

I was told that the chipset in use would be like one of those:

So it seems to me, that it wouldn't be impossible to let them glow again. That is definetly possible - my glowband once startet to glow in the middle of the night once. Till today, I don't know why that happened.
After spending some time using google, it seemed to me, that for example this product is able to send by a frequence of 869,5 MHz:

I haven't got much experience with RF technologie (I'm trying to change that) - so I would be happy if you tell me your opinion about my plan. Could that work or is there another alternative?
Greetings from Europe!
