small fpga board

Does anyone sell a small inexpensive stand-alone board (10x10 cm and $200 USD would be nice) with a Spartan-3 or Virtex-anything FPGA, 10Base-T Ethernet, a few megabytes of RAM, some parallel Flash, a simple power input, and about a dozen FPGA I/O pins or a little space to wire up my own interface?

I could build one myself, but I need only ten or twenty units.

I've seen some nice FPGA development boards, but they are all missing features I need, or are too large due to features I don't need (buttons and displays).

fpga ethernet

Take a look at AvNet.com, they have a mini evaluation board with V4 which exactly contains your requested components and features!
