Hi,
Respected all.
I have completed my B.E Electronics in 2010 from Pune University.
Now I am looking for career in ASIC.
But the major problem I am facing is my fresheness.
To which ever company I applies Everybody asking experience.
Without job I don't have that experience & without experience I am not getting job.
Salary was/is/will dose not matter.
In this way I find my self in close loop.
Please help me to come out of this.
