Wake up from Sleep mode using HLVD

Hi,
I am using pic18f87k22 in that i use HLVD module and external battery.
When power is down i detect it using HLVD, in interrupt i go to sleep mode.
Now i want to wake from sleep mode without loosing my data in variable, when power is up.
Is it possible?How?
How can i detect my device is in sleep mode.
