VxWorks ipattach function error

hello,

I am writing a END driver for DM9000 for VXworks. When the function ipattach is called I get the error as cant attach unknown device.
What can go wrong?

I'm not a guru in vxworks. Here is my 2 cents:

After you load your driver, you should be able to check it with muxShow command from the shell. From there you can see whether the device name and unit num is matched with your ipattach call.
