VTRAN TEMPLATE CYCLIZATIION use convert VCD to STIL convertion?

Hi,

I have one VCD file. It contains number of cycle is 4. every cycle period contains different wave form like(RZ,NRO and SBC).. I want how to use TEMPLATE CYCLIZATIION? How to use TEMPLATE CYCLIZATIION in VTRAN?

Please give any urls or ideas.
