Hi,

I need some information on possible V/I conversion architectures. The signal bandwidth is 20MHz, and the supply voltage is 1.2 V.

I've tried using a degenerated differential pair but it doesn't meet the linearity spec. A degenerated diff. pair with opamps
doesn't have enough headroom at 1.2V. I've also investigated the Howland Current Pump circuit, but it doesn't meet the noise spec.

I'd really appreciate any advice you could give me( papers, references, architecture types etc..).

Thanks,
Dave.

Did u try folded cascode with source degeneration. Use High Swing Cascode at the ouptut. This will solve ur problem for sure. 20 MHz is easily acheiveable.
