Hi,

for an actual design i am searching for a voltage regulator for about 150 to 200 volts and approx. 0.4 Amps. So far i found the TL 783 (max. 125V, 0.7A). Did anyone have an idea which part would fit my needs? Thank you in advance.

Max.

You can use step down regulator IC of any manufacturer.

Look my pdf.

Hello,

You can look into LM317 application datasheet from TI or look at
appnotezs from Linear Technologu. You will find what you are looking for.

See you

Hi,
I searched for lm317 appnotes from ti and linear tech. But i can not find anything, could you, please, send me link?

Regards...

Here annexed you will find a picture from application note NATIONAL LB-47.
It explain how to build an inexpensive regulator up to 160 V.

Hope it will help

If you need i will PM all the entire application note.

Re: Voltage Regulator

Hi,

thanks for your very helpful replies. This solves my problems in part, but i need at least 0.4 Amps. Unfortuneatly the appnote device brings only 0.025 Amps.

Thank you again.
