What is safe and right voltage rating for capacitors in this circuits?
Q1 oscillates on 15MHz and make from DC +55V AC over C1 , LC filter C2,L,2 C3. C4 is used for measurement voltage on RF line.

My first idea is for AC with amplitude 55V is good choice for Capacitors 100V, used diode 1N4148 is 100V too.
But
If someone disconnects the load , may be, power reflected back to Q1 and 55+55 is 110V

Thank you for the advice.

P.S.
SMD capacitors have been 1210, but they are difficult to get, it can use 0805 or 1206?

I agree about rating of 100V or more.

Depending on the unspecified inductance L2, the output voltage can be much higher than 110 Vpp. I presume that the diode circuit is intended to monitor the output voltage, fastly shutting down the amplifier in case of disconnected load.

In fact, the section C2, L2, C3 longer, after C3 followed L3+C5, L4+C6, L5 + C7. Induction is about 100nH, 350nH 350nH, 470nH.
Inductance of load is 2,5uH, but quite often the load is disconnected or short-circuited.
