Depending on how much current do you need, you can use linear +/-5V voltage regulators: 7805 (78L05 for <100mA) and 7905 (79L05 for <100mA) ..
Next option is 2 resistors and 2 5.1V zener diodes ..
Another option is DC-DC converters ..
