Voltage level at output port of PIC18F452

What I know that PIC18F452 gives 5V or around at its output port. But my PIC18F452 is not providing it !!

What could be the possible reason?

Hi,

Same answer as in that other post - check you xtal / config statement and the Deleay time.
Also ensure you fit a 330 to 470 r resistor between the pic and led.
