Dear Friends, I need positive voltage to negative voltage for 100 V to - 100 V. current 5 mA (max), How to build this?

Do you need to convert 100V to -100V or do you want to generate as power supply capable of supplying both +100V and -100V?

If there is any possibilities to generate -100 V its very easy to me. Please suggest what are the ways?

Input = 5 V.

Output = -100 V @ 5 mA.

A buck-boost converter can convert a positive supply to negative.

Schematic showing the basic concept:

You will need to add control circuitry.

The .5 ohm resistor is a 'token' value added to represent some amount of resistance in the power supply loop.
