Can any one please let me know where to get the vital 2000 library.

Which tool are you using? Modelsim?

yes. I am using model sim for simulation and precision RTL for synthesis

vhdl vital library

Modelsim has a vital2000 directory under its root directory, modeltech. For precision, I have not used it so I can not help.
