I'm reading spectre docs - 'Virtuoso Simulator Components and Device Models Reference' and i've found a reference on the 'Virtuoso Spectre Circuit Simulator Device Model Equations manual' where model's equations reviewed in detail. But i didn't find this document in our cadence distributiv.

Does anybody know where can i find this equations manual?
