I think it is impossible.
You need license to run Cadence tools? Am I wromg? Is it possible to use Cadence tools with usual PC without license?

Nope it is not possible
there is something called Virtual connectivity or something where you can actually use the software from one comp to another
but not definitely Cadence tool
