Virtex5 and ISE Xilinx support

Hi everybody,

I'am using FPGA virtex5 on ML507 board.

I need to install the old version Xilinx ISE 7.1, but I want to know if this old version is supported by virtex5 or not?

Can you help me please.

If you go to the xilinx website, you should be able to find your answer. But why install such an old version? You could just install it and SEE if it supports Virtex 5.

I'm pretty sure it only supports up to Virtex 4.
