What is the unique feature in Virtex 6 of Xilinx FPGA that Virtex 5 or Virtex 4 do not have?
 

barry had a valid response. Just read the datasheet/overview of each part to see the differences. I'm not going to download them to look for you.

V5 vs V4:
* Fabric is now LUT6 based vs LUT4 based. FF's have set/reset lines.
* PLL and DCM vs just DCM
* DSP48 now has 25x17 multiplier option and built in comparator.

V6 vs V5:
* Fabric now has 8 FF's per slice, but have only set or reset but not both.
* PLL/DCM replaced by MMCM.
* DSP48 now has pre-adder option
* transceivers are now 6Gbps capable.

The V6 has faster logic and more logic overall. These are the main differences.
