Violation in Astro timing report?

if i set the option in "timing setup" "optimization" "set io path". The timing report will have "NDT"or "IDT"report in IO PAD.It will become a violation.Is it a true violation?can io path be ignore?
The report of DRC when i do S&R,there are two digital . For example 2071(1).Does anybody knows mean of them ?
