Hi guys,

I'm trying to simulate 1.05 GHz LFE AIN MEMS resonator with LTSPICE. When I simulate the circuit without the resonator, it was able to achieve about 32dB. But after I connect the resonator to the circuit, the node for Vout and Vin were missing. I changed the resonator to 10MHz and it works fine with this circuit. This is my circuit. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hierarchical port names and net names are not the same. It looks like you are simulating the shown circuit as a hierachical block. Check the actual net names assigned to the VIN and VOUT ports.

If the shown circuit is the complete simulation setup, where's the input source?

I'm trying to make the M4 act like a resistor. I don't think that I really need that input source. Is that correct? By the way, I changed the circuit connection to this and it works. Now, I already changed the resonator to 2.4GHz. This is the waveform that I obtained.
