video sync playing with multi PC

I have 3 PCs, that have to play video file at the same time, resspectively.
But, there is non-sync problem in multi PC video playing.
Do you know how to solve this problem?
 

Use a 1-to-3 (or 4) video splitter to take one source PC and output it to three separate monitors. Syncing video players on the PC will be a software nightmare.
