Video signal To VGA signal, which chip can do????

I want to change the TV signeal to a vga signal , so i can use the computer monitor to watch the video. someone can give me some info about the chip. THX!
 

don't built it, just buy a converter. there are various available on the market.
 

i know. but i want to do it in my job . can you give some chip info?

h**p://www.micronas.com has some scaling ics an you should check ti and analog devices.
