VHDL programmer needed

Hi!

I need someone who can do for me:

M45PE80
• behavioral model of controller for 8-Mb Flash memory M45PE80
• serial SPI communication
• write and erase simulation of any memory cell
• memory contents stored in a text file

I need some vhdl project with test bench.
