myself naga seeta m.tech 2nd year doing my project on bist.could any one give me an idea how to start the code for bist architectures for low power circuits...

What kind of "low power circuits" are you trying to test? Memories or something else?

I am trying to develop a code for the paper named " a new BIST Architecture for low power circuits". In this paper they proposed a new bist architecture which consist of mask circuit which allows only desired test vectors such that the switching activity will be reduced thus the power dissipation will also be reduced.this architecture used for testing the benchmark ISCAS85.
sir u asked me that memories or something else. could you please tell me what are the other circuits other than memories..
and could you please let me know how to start a code for BIST paper....
