Hello all,
I need help in designing a very low noise Op-Amp (Single ended input and differential output) with 10MHz BW....what is the best architecture i can use??
Input stage is more important than following stages. For input pairs, pls check NMOS or PMOS has smaller noise in your process. In most cases, PMOS will have lower noise. So choose PMOS as input pairs.
You might be better off with an integrated VGA amp. I've had great luck with the AD8331. Up until then I had only used op amps really, but it's pretty easy to use, ultra low noise, and has differential outputs. Works up to 100MHz too.
