Hello Everyone,

Does anyone here have any reference information on very high resolution ADCs?
Input frequency should be around 10KHz.

don't understand your question :-( if you want to know how ΣΔ works then try some datasheet, if you want designs then I'll try to help you.
 

Also you need more information as what is your OSR, is the 10K your bandwidth? Also what do you mean by very high resolution? like 20 to 24 bit? We would need more information!
