how to publish in ieee funny

very nice,
i think ieee papers has very low practical applications. as you know scientist only outline their work that has low worth for others.
:D:D

Yes add to this a nice complicated english redaction and the paper is accepted.

don't forget to mention the references you used please :p

O.K I'll publish one paper tomorrow :).

look at the equation (3), if you put it on the university final exam and ask the student to simplify it, the student will start to expand the equation then try to factor things out and they will never get the answer and make them very very nervous... only simple mind people will know 1+1=2 haha

Things are a lot worse than you explain. Many years ago there was a Stanford Prof. who published the same paper many times in different journals with different paper titles. What is worse is that the papers hand technical flaws. This resulted in many hundred papers in his bibliography. He was in thick with the department chairman. Once the chairman retired, he was kicked out even though he had tenure. He never got a professor appointment again at any other school. Instead, he was made head of a laboratory.
