vertical handoff simulator

Hi,

i developed a new procedure to secure roaming and vertical HO in 4G networks, i need to evaluate its effects in term of delay, overhead, maximal number of HO allowed (dependent of network charge).

the idea is to simulate this procedure using Matlab, the problem is that i don't know how to implement it!

i would be grateful if you could you help me.

Thanks.

NS-2 can also be used, intial code is avaialbel at NIST which can me modified based upon your requirements

Hi,
Let us start from this point:
can u explain how what method or how did you
developed a new procedure to secure roaming and vertical HO in 4G networks?

Then from there I will be able to know if matlab code will be useful or not.
