Vertical and horizontal image is reduced in Philips TV 25PT544A

I have a TV Philips 25PT544A, which presents the following problem:
The vertical image is reduced to 60% and the horizontal one to 80%. Which can the problem be?

Hi,
Second me you have a good probability that is the transformer high tension to being damaged in how much point weak person of the Philips.

hi there
i think it's a power supply fault , check it first as the fault seems to in common stage for both horizontal and vertical , so .. have a look @ power supply first

This is a L9.1 chassis.
Probably settings of NVM ( memory are lost).
Try to go in service alignment menu and change the geometrie settings.
(acitivate in SAM menu by pressing the following buttons on your RC:
0 6 2 5 9 6 i+ (i+ is the info button on the RC)
